Terms and Conditions

 

1.      General

Please read these terms and conditions prior to placing your order. By placing an order with Bouquet you agree to the terms and conditions stated.

 

Any reference to Bouquet/ Bouquet flowers/ design by Bouquet/ Us/ our shops/ company/ seller/ will mean Bouquet flowers at 127 Tsimiski str and Bouquet flowers at 43 Georgiou str. that sell or supply the flowers, fresh and/or dried, plants, candles, wedding accessories, stefana, bombonieres, metal stands, glass vases, stands in general, baptism accessories, invitations etc

 

Any reference to You/ Buyer/ Customer/ Sender will mean the person detailed on the sales invoice.

 

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Greek law governs transactions and Greek law will settle any dispute in transactions.

 

2.      Orders

Orders placed via our online shop are mere orders to purchase and will not be accepted or binding upon us until confirmed or acknowledged in writing by us by means of invoice or statement. The automatically produced order confirmation email is purely an acknowledgement that you have submitted your order to us and allows you to check if you have entered all the necessary information correctly. After the confirmation of reception of your order from us there cannot be cancellation of the order on behalf of you.

 

The buyer is obliged to provide all the information that he is asked for during the placement of the order so that the order is placed correctly. If we do not receive all the information that we ask for through the order form we have on our website your order will be considered invalid and we are not responsible for it.

 

We retain the right to cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, we will provide a full refund immediately.

3.      Payment

We will not dispatch goods or put goods on back order until payment is received in full. Payment can be made by credit card through our online shop.

4.      a. Price

We do our utmost to keep all prices and information on this web site up to date. However, occasionally information from our suppliers can change at short notice, so we must reserve the right to alter specifications and prices on the web site at short notice. For any changes you will be informed as soon as possible.

 

     b. Delivery charges

Prices listed on our website include delivery costs ONLY in the city of Thessaloniki. For the wider area of Thessaloniki, for the rest of Greece and the rest of the world there are extra delivery charges. The delivery charges for all of our products where they apply, they are the customer’s obligation and you will be informed about them.

5.      VAT.
All the prices shown on our website include 13% VAT for flowers and plants and 23% VAT for everything else.

 

6.      Limitations upon liability

We aim to ensure that all information on our web site is correct. However, we cannot be responsible for the use of the information given.

 

Advice given by Bouquet flowers staff on the telephone or by email is indicative and should be checked by the purchaser prior to order. Where advice has been given, is just an opinion without any committment

 

We always do our best to deliver goods within the timescale quoted at the time of ordering but sometimes there can be a delay, which outwits our control. As such, any dates we specify for the delivery of goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods.

 

All the products are not always available. About the fresh flowers and plants we suggest that you give an alternative species; about the invitations- bombonieres- stefana etc in the event that the products are not available your order is automatically cancelled and you will be informed about it as soon as possible. In the case of no availability of the products and since we haven’t made any other expenses for the completion of your order, no charge will be made on your credit card.

Returns /Deliveries

1. Returns

We don’t accept returns under any circumstances for any of our products. Flowers and plants are delicate and breakable and invitations, bombonieres, stefana etc are handmade and fabricated especially for every customer /order.

2. Deliveries

Α. For flowers and plants

We deliver your orders every day of the week in Thessaloniki and in the rest of Greece. For the rest of the world it is proportionally with the terms of each country. In high season periods it is better to place your order at least one-day prior the desired delivery date. High season periods are the month of December 1-7 of January 14 of February, mother’s day.

We arrange and agree the delivery time with the recipient.

 

1.      If we don’t deliver the products due to false or wrong information that you gave us we are not responsible. We do not refund payment.

2.      If we don’t deliver the products on the date you have asked us for, because of the recipient’s fault (example. is away during our opening hours, or he/she asked us to deliver the products on a different date etc) then Bouquet is not responsible for the delay. The products will be delivered when we reach the recipient.

3.      In case the recipient refuses to accept the order, the order will be considered delivered and no money will be refunded to the sender.

4.      In case of delivering the order to a hospital or hotel etc and the recipient as a patient or as a guest etc has departed and it is impossible for us to reach him/her the responsibility is the senders and no money will be refunded to him/her.

5.      If the goods are not delivered by our mistake, we return the value of the goods.

6.      The order will be considered delivered and if some other individual than the recipient receives the goods at the same residence or work place that lives or collaborates with the recipient or anyone else in the place that is stated as recipients address who declares to us that is the recipient.

 

B. Wedding and Baptism accessories

For the rest of our products we state as delivery days, working days. This means every day except Saturday and Sunday and national holidays. We will notify you immediately for any delay and the new delivery date.

For wedding and baptism accessories, invitations, bombonieres etc you must place your order at least 45 days prior to desired delivery date for Greece (all areas) or at least 60 days prior to desired delivery date for countries except Greece.

 

1.      If we don’t deliver the products due to false or wrong information that you gave us we are not responsible. We do not refund payment.

2.      If we don’t deliver the products on the date you have asked us for, because of the recipient’s fault (example. is away during our opening hours, or he/she asked us to deliver the products on a different date etc) then Bouquet is not responsible for the delay. 3.      If the goods aren’t delivered on the desired delivery date by mistake or fault of the Courier Company then Bouquet is not responsible for the delay. The order will be delivered as scheduled by the courier company.

4.      If the goods are not delivered by our mistake, we return the value of the goods.

5.      The order will be considered delivered and if some other individual than the recipient receives the goods at the same residence or work place that lives or collaborates with the recipient or anyone else in the place that is stated as recipients address who declares to us that is the recipient.

 

3. Shortages and damage in transit

Once you or the person receiving the goods on your behalf has signed for them you have accepted that the goods are undamaged and that everything on the invoice/packing slip has been received. If goods are damaged and you inform us after signing for them we may not be able to make a claim from the couriers. Please inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us immediately if there is a problem. If it is likely that you will not be the person signing for the goods (such as deliveries to a work address) it is your responsibility to ensure that the person signing knows what they are doing.

 

Company policy

 

Bouquet flowers are using the information that you provide us ONLY to buy a product and to send it to you or a third party. We don’t keep any record of you personal data after the completion of the trade.

None of your details are passed on to a third party under any circumstances.

We may want to contact you in the future to inform you about our latest news or offers.
